This section is designed to provide some tools and help to survive the early startup years and become successful businesses or ventures. The provided resources include an assessment and series of tools that will help ensure your success.

Assessments

Social Entrepreneurs are individuals or organizations that are interested in making a profit and doing good. Often times the activities of Social Entrepreneurs result in the development of business or ventures that benefits individuals and communities.

After working with hundreds of individuals and organizations, we have discovered that the successful Social Entrepreneurs and leaders of entrepreneurial organizations share some common traits. In order to help you assess if you have the right blend of skills, we have partnered Idea Connection Systems to provide a unique assessment tool to the participants in the series. The online assessment tool is designed to determine your overall problem solving skills as they relate to being a pioneer or a builder. As a Social Entrepreneur, you are responsible for running many facets of your business or venture along with the ability to solve complex and routine problems.

Our friends at Idea Connection Systems have developed this unique assessment tool to help determine to the extent you are a pioneer or a builder. There is no one right answer because both perspectives are needed to successfully implement a business or venture.
