Opportunities

The Institute is interested in helping Social Entrepreneurs be successful. Our desire is to be an ongoing support to Social Entrepreneurs by hosting a group on Facebook "Institute for Social Entrepreneurship" that can connect individuals and groups doing similar projects. The goal of the group is to begin sharing the lessons learned and strategies that are working.

We are also hosting ongoing "Bridging the Gap" forums. The goal of the forums is to showcase how to build Sustainable Non-Profits and Programs through Social Entrepreneurship. The forum targets individuals and organizations (staff and boards) that are interested in bridging the gap by launching or improving existing programs or social ventures. Co-op and Internships

The Institute provides opportunities for college students or high school students to become Social Entrepreneurs by completing a Co-op or Internship. The Co-op's are geared toward college students that desire to increase their knowledge and experience by partnering with the Institute for a semester, summer practicum or school break. College students gain knowledge of Social Entrepreneurship and the experience that is essential for their personal growth and career.

Internships are designed for high school students that desire to know more about Social Entrepreneurship and want to utilize their community service and school breaks to learn how to become successful Social Entrepreneurs.
